Where we ship

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The cost is already built into the product price, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 12 business days
- USA and Canada: 10 to 15 business days
- Other countries: 10 to 20 business days
These are average delivery windows. Customs, local carriers, and holidays can occasionally add extra time.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available, once your order ships.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Shipping delays
