Refund policy

At Driftcloud, every order is prepared with care. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it right. You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for returns

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• The item must be in the same condition it was received in.

How to start a return

Email us at sellandostore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

• Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item.
